A : We do not use MSG in our cooking, we vary and balance our meals daily.

Q : Do customers have to provide 2 sets of tiffin carriers?
A : Yes, customers are advised to provide us with 2 sets of tiffin carriers for hygiene purposes.

Q : Are customers allowed to make cancellations for the specific day / for a period of time?
A : Yes, provided customers would need to inform us, at least 1 day in advance.

Q : Do customers pay in advanced?
A : Yes, customers do need to pay at the beginning of the month.

Q : Can I start anytime within the month?
A : Yes, you just have to pay for the remaining days in the month.

Q : How flexible is the service?
A : * Customer is allowed to relocate meals to another prior to 1 day advance notice
* Customer is allowed to add the number of meal servings prior to 1 day advance notice.

Q :What other services does Kiara Kitchen provide?

Apart from providing daily food delivery, we can also provide custom diets e.g. vegetarian, daily premium food delivery, event catering, party catering etc.
